Photoloco - Photographic Locations Management

BOOKING FORM
A Booking Form must be signed by the Client prior to shoot. The Booking Form will include all information relating to the number of crew and talent on location, use of photography and key contact details on day. A call sheet should also be supplied by Client if available.

INSURANCE
The Client must maintain a current public liability and real and personal property damage insurance policy. The Client must produce a copy of any insurance policy within 2 working days upon request of Photoloco.

LOSS AND DAMAGE TO PREMISES
The Client or Location-provider must report any loss or damage to the Premises in writing to Photoloco within 7 days. The Location-provider must provide access to Photoloco to assess and, where appropriate, rectify any damage. The Client must take every caution to avoid any damage to the Premises. In the event of any damage or loss, Photoloco will liaise on behalf of the Location-provider with the Client.

INDEMNITY
The Client agrees to indemnify Photoloco and keep Photoloco indemnified from and against any claims or loss and damage (including legal costs) arising out of or relating to Photoloco's services or the use of the premises unless the loss and damage is caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of Photoloco.

PAYMENT
Payment is required on all invoices prior to commencement of shoot, including any GST.

BOOKING FEE
A Booking Fee will be charged in each separate location selected by the Client. Additional days at the same Premises will only incur an additional booking fee of $100.

WEATHER-CHECK DAY
No fees will apply for weather check days.

CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation of shoot less than 24 hours prior to commencement will attract a booking fee and 25% of location fee.

OVERTIME
Photoloco's full day is 8 hours. Additional overtime is charged on a pro rata basis. Photoloco will not exceed 12 hours per day, including additional overtime. If location is booked on an hourly or half-day basis, pro rata overtime also applies.

COUNCIL PERMITS
Please allow 5 working days for permits to be approved by council. Photoloco cannot guarantee approval of permits. The Client must pay a fee of 15% of council costs to Photoloco for organisation of such permits.

LOCATION
The Location-provider must advise of any changes made to the Premises since the Premises Recce (including painting, furniture etc.). The Premises must be clean and neat and free of mess. The Location-provider must ensure that access to the Premises is available at arranged time on day of shoot. The Location-provider, or nominated person, must be contactable at all times during shoot.

DROP SHEETS
Drop sheets can be provided by Photoloco on every shoot.

EQUIPMENT/RUBBISH
All equipment and rubbish must be taken from Premises at end of day, unless otherwise agreed prior to shoot. This is the responsibility of the Client. The Client is responsible for leaving the house clean and in the same state that the house was in upon entering before the shoot.

AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By signing the Booking Form, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Terms of Business.

GLOSSARY
"Client" means the person or company responsible for hiring the Premises.

"GST" has the same meaning as in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) as amended from time to time.

"Location-provider" means the owner, or its agent, of Premises to be used for photographic use.

"Premises" means the location for the photographic use as described in the Booking Form.

"Recce" means Reconnaissance, a short appointment to view location.

"Weather-check day" means that the shoot day may be postponed due to weather conditions.
